Robb Hadley was born and raised in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He moved to Fayetteville in 1976 to work in the radio business at station KHOG. Shortly afterward, he started doing part-time preaching at small churches in Northwest Arkansas including Black Oak, Evergreen, Habberton and Prairie Grove.
In 1985, he was asked to serve as full-time youth minister for the Baldwin congregation in Fayetteville. After working there almost seven years, he was asked to be youth minister at the Center Street church. In 2006, he was transitioned to new duties with the title Associate Minister.
While working with Center Street, Robb belatedly completed his degree in History at the University of Arkansas in 1999.
He is married to the former Karen Crudup, a lifetime resident of Fayetteville. Karen is a 4th-Grade teacher at Farmington. They have a son, Ben.
